Islamic boarding schools are places that very vulnerable to disease transmission. The number of adaptive the progress times can change behavior their people towards a better life, namely by using technology. An-Nur Boarding School is modern school does not yet have an up date recording and reporting system integrated with primary health care for monitoring risks. purpose this community service empower student administrators in utilizing web-based information technology risks schools. implementation method used Participatory Technology Development educative approach. output targets be achieved increasing knowledge about schools, skills measuring nutritional status risk results showed increase average score students' importance surveillance-based monitoring. Before being given education, students was only 69. And after increased 91. In addition, 80% participants were able measure correct stages. factors also good.
